Return & Refund Policy

At Fashion Paglo, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For Online Payments, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the required payment details are provided.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
